Evergrow Mart – Refund Policy

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene and safety reasons, baby essentials such as feeding items, bottles, pacifiers, and personal care products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or promotional sale items.
  • Personalized/customized items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by Evergrow Mart.
In cases of defective or wrong products, Evergrow Mart covers all shipping fees.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale (unless defective)
  • Opened personal care and hygiene products (unless defective)

8. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@evergrowmart.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Pack the item securely and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Ship the package via a trackable service and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank or payment account—processing times can vary by provider.
  • Contact your payment provider (credit card company or PayPal) to confirm processing times.
  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@evergrowmart.store and include your order number and return tracking info.

10. Returns Due to Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
